Wonderfully accomodating for 8 people at a birthday lunch. Nice atmosphere, great food and good prices. They even sang Happy birthday with music and delivered a slice of cake with lit candle.

Right when you walk in your made to feel welcome. Very warming and caring people. Quick service and wonderful spirits. Plus the food is delicious. Great price and Large size orders. Definitely recommend it to everyone.

Friendly staff and good hot meal. Lunch menu before 3 pm. Dinner menu has great options. Very clean.. Regular customers know the owner and that is a good sign of consistency. Bring the family.

Good prices, expansive menu, great place to go for an informal meal. Always friendly, the family owners have roots in the community. Take out or eat in, individuals, couples, or groups. A bit run down.

This place is looks small and church like but don't let it fool you. The ladies inside are very nice and the food prepared here is divine. Not many Chinese or even Asian ethnic food places will serve you house made appetizers. Most places I've gone get it frozen out of a box and it has no individual taste. This is not one of those chains. The food was amazing and full of flavor. I ended up getting the whole appetizer plate when I found out it was house made and got a kung pao chicken with a 4 star kick to it. If you're in the area and want some Chinese food that isn't out of a bag this is your spot until you die.

Excellent and expedient service. Food very fresh and well prepared. Lemon chicken and vegetable moo shu I would definitely get again, although I do miss the day that they make the moo shu in the pancake for you. Had to 'roll your own.' Beef tenderloin in sweet sauce a little heavy with the onion but sauce yummy. All food piping hot. Overall highly recommend for good Chinese food.

My stomach was a little upset so I was looking for someplace to get white rice for lunch. This place happened to be close so I ordered my rice and the crab meat dumpling appetizer (to eat later once my stomach had settled).On the ride back to work the smell of the appetizer was too much for me so I grabbed one of them and scarfed it at a red light. They were very very good. Instead of the usual thick wanton wrapper these were made with some kind of thin wrapper that crisped up beautifully in the fryer. The rest of the dumplings did not last long after I parked my car. : ] Full disclosure, the dumplings did not cure my upset stomach but it was well-worth delaying my cure to enjoy them warm. Will definitely be back to see if the rest of the menu is as good.EDIT: I forgot to say: The place is also clean and lovely. If it were not so far from my home I would bring my partner next time to eat in.

This is an extraordinary Chinese restaurant! If an item isn't listed on the menu, they will make it up for you. They're also great at accommodating any special diet needs. If you ask, their response always seems to be: "sure, sure"! I love this place and highly recommend it; for a couples night out, families, to-go order's, and even small-medium sized groups. ♡

I've been to this restaurant on two separate occasions, and I really enjoy it. The food is tasty, seasoned very well, and served in nice portions. We ordered a seafood dish, which I found to be full of tasty seafood, and not too much "filler". The prices are very good and fair. The restaurant is very lived in, and could use a makeover, but it doesn't detract from the experience overly much. The employees are friendly and very attentive. I think we will probably return in the near future.

I wish I had taken a picture of my food it was so good. The prices are awesome as well, I was there with my husband, sister and nephew and we all got lunch combos. They were all super tasty and came with soup, rice and your entrée. If your thinking about going do it, they are awesome.Edit: Just wanted to add a quick update. This has been our go to Chinese food restaurant ever since our first visit. We usually order take-out and it is always good. Their lunch combos are the absolute best. My favorite is their almond chicken and the rest of my family favors their sweet and sour chicken. I also have a new favorite that I recently tried which is the mushu pork. It is super yummy and kinda reminds me of the insides of an eggroll. I like to add a little bit of sweet and sour sauce to the mix but it is delicious either way.

Friendly and always willing to please. Food is always tasty. We recommended to Hawaii friends who were excited to see Crispy Gau Gee Mein listed on menu but disappointed that the dish was really topped with crispy won tons. Otherwise they enjoyed their meal but still searching to find a Hawaii comparable. We continue to try various dishes.

Ordered for the first time today. Everything was excellent! Even the bbq pork was outstanding and that can often be dried up at other restaurants. Portions were generous. Will definitely be returning!

This spot is my favored. I go to many restaurants but here I keep coming back again and again. The team is very warm and the food they offer is so yummy. I never decline to have a good dinner here. I recommend this place with pleasure.

I have been a customer of Golden House for over 20 years and always enjoyed their food. That has all changed. It began with a take out lunch that was 95 percent noodles, very light on the veggies and meat. The final straw came when I recently received my statement from my bank and saw that they had charged me double for a take out order. I am done!

We just love this place. The owners are very friendly, the cook makes great authentic Chinese food. The food is out of this world, all things Chinese. I highly recommend this place to you for dinner. Oh and the apple dessert. Not to forget the Singapore fried noodles and Mushy Pork, chicken or beef.

Was recommended by a friend years ago. I stop for take home when in the area. Prices are reasonable, portions are large and I have always been pleased with the quality of the food. Owners are super nice, and they seem to have a huge regular clientele. I've never been disappointed in about 10 years.
